The Paolino legacy began generations ago, evolving in the 1990s from construction into an environmental remediation firm that tackled contaminated soils before its sale to a national leader. From there, Matt launched Paolino Development, specializing in bespoke residential builds and comprehensive site development, alongside Premier Construction, Inc., an affiliate serving other elite builders and municipalities with site expertise. His approach—doing it right the first time, efficiently and elegantly—echoes the discipline of his early large-scale projects.

Married to Lori for over 30 years, Matt is a father to four grown children and a respected figure beyond construction, serving on boards of publicly traded Philadelphia-area companies like Mace Security International.
